Give yourself however much time you need and remember, regardless of what you’re going through, better days do lie ahead. Take it day by day as there is no set timeline for healing. And if you’ve started the process but feel like you’ve recently taken two steps backwards, that’s OK too. If you’re not feeling up to beginning that process today, then there’s always tomorrow.
